  • Do you accept other events aside from weddings?
    Yes, all types of events are welcome at The Conservatory. Birthdays, wedding anniversaries, seminars and even team building activities.
  • What’s included in the rental?
    Once you have booked The Conservatory, the venue rental includes the following: • 5 hours Venue Rental • 10 hours Ingress (Prior to event) • 4 hours Egress (After the event) • Use of Chandeliers • Use of Kitchen Prep Area for Caterer • Use of Cocktail Area • Use of Crossback Chairs, Table Linens/Napkins • Basic Sound System • Utilities (Airconditioning/Electricity) • Use of Genset (in case of Power Outage) • Use of Parking and Parking Attendants • Restroom Attendants
  • How to reserve the Conservatory?
    To secure a booking at The Conservatory, a signed contract and a 50% down payment of the venue rental fee is required and non-refundable.
  • What is the capacity of the venue?
    The main hall of the Conservatory can seat up to 220 pax, banquet-style. The balcony/terrace area has a capacity of 40 pax. We recommend using the terrace for cocktail hour during weddings and not for meal service.
  • Can we do a photoshoot at The Conservatory?
    Absolutely. A minimum of 2 hours is required to book the Conservatory for a photoshoot, each hour costs P3,000.
  • Do you have corkages?
    Yes, please see the table below for the list of charges that may be incurred during your event.
  • Do you offer discount on accommodations?
    Of course. The Conservatory has two partner accommodations: (1) Pinegrove Mountain Lodge and (2) Dahilayan Alpine Cabins. Both hotels have exclusive rates for The Conservatory.
  • Can we use candles inside the main hall?
    To ensure the safety of our guests, we do not allow candles, sparklers, and any effects that involve open fire.
  • Can we smoke at The Conservatory?
    To preserve its ambience and ensure the safety of our guests, The Conservatory is a non-smoking venue.
  • Do you offer coordination services?
    The client is responsible for booking their wedding coordinator. The Conservatory will not be responsible for any on the day coordination of the event.
  • Can I reschedule my event?
    In case of rescheduling of the event date, a minimal fee of 3,000 shall apply and will be subject to availability. However, rescheduling must be done at least 30 days prior to scheduled date.
  • Can I bring my own caterer?
    Currently, The Conservatory only has three (3) accredited caterers, namely: Sentro 1850, Cucina Higala, and Roadhouse. Only the above-mentioned are authorized to cater events at The Conservatory.
